30 DAY GLOW UP

2 lower, 2 upper, 1 x cardio and core! Commit to 30 days of lifting and training with intention. 

Block 1

Train like me, bit of strength work with compounds and a bit of hypertrophy! 

4 day split with optional 5th day! Week 1: 7 RPE, Week 2: 7.5, Week 3: 8, Week 4: 8.5, Week 5: 9-10 Week 6: deload or take this on the week of your cycle. 

If you feel like you have more in the tank to give, overload another week, but if you went hard enough you shouldn't :P
